Weight Loss Tips - some people try & make the
weight loss process a mystical process involving huge amounts of quasi
scientific mumbo jumbo in order to convince you that you need to spend a lot of
money in buying a specific slimming or diet pill potion or program. What we are
trying to do is to take away the hype and leave you with some real solutions -
sensible advice that will give results - some people don't want to hear the
simple stuff preferring to spend hundreds of pounds on the latest wonder pill -

DO NOT Starve yourself! This will cause the body to

SCIENCE OF FAT BURNING
Most of the energy needed by the human body is provided by the breakdown
(oxidation) of carbohydrates and fats (lipids). Carbohydrates are
easily digested and become a readily available source of energy, whereas lipids
